The fourth portion

After the third portion 8 of 848 records were left without a primary source, all from 2026. The 6-in-1 handed them over as the fourth and last portion. All eight were found: 38 new sources, 33 of them the documents themselves. No record is now without a primary source.

As in the third portion, the document confirmed no text in full. Every correction was first checked against a verbatim excerpt from the saved document, and the excerpt against the document itself.

Courts

The Character.AI cases hold no settlement yet: the filings in five courts say agreement in principle, and in spring the parties were still finalising it. Three courts heard of it on 6 January and Florida’s on the 7th, so the record is now dated 6 January. The court’s order in Anthropic’s case shows the talks with the Pentagon did not break down “earlier in February”: drafts went back and forth until 4 March, and the formal designation is a memorandum of 3 March. Anthropic offered a transition to another provider to the Department, not to customers. The Munich judgment in GEMA v Suno itself could not be opened, so the record rests on the court’s release. “The first European case” is GEMA’s phrase, and “four acts” and an appeal to the higher court are a law firm’s; they were taken out.

Regulators

Ofcom opened its investigation into X on 12 January, not 3 February: on 3 February it only gave an update. X limited image creation to paid subscribers before the blocks, not before they were lifted. Indonesia began restoring access on 31 January, not 2 February. The Nevada Transportation Authority voted on 20 August itself, and Uber’s permit is held by its subsidiary Aviari Services. “The largest permit in the US” is in no document.

Models and companies

Kimi K3’s weights went up on 27 July, the day they had been promised by, not a day early. The licence counts an operator’s aggregate revenue, not inference revenue. K3 is 1.75 times the previous largest open model, not twice. RedNote’s full score at the olympiad is attested by RedNote itself: the olympiad’s site says nothing about models, and Huawei claimed 100 percent in the same week. Unitree’s prospectus confirmed 5,511 humanoids shipped and revenue of 1.70 billion yuan, and the Ukrainian note that put the STAR Market in Beijing now says Shanghai.

What is left

These could not be opened: the text of the Suno judgment, Ofcom’s pages, the Philippine DICT’s notice of lifting the ban, the minutes of the Nevada meeting and Kimi’s launch post. They went on the card of the unreachable.
